About The Creator Woody Winfree is a founder of Sole Sisters, Inc., and the I Am Beautiful Project that is dedicated to creating a world in which every woman and girl can proudly proclaim, "I Am Beautiful!" Woody is an author, lecturer and communications professional. Her years of direct experience researching the power of the mass media and exchange with thousands of women, give her unique perspective on understanding modern self-esteem issues - and the empowering results of self-acceptance. Woody co-authored her first book, I Am Beautiful, with colleague, Dana Carpenter. Her second book, We Are Beautiful, for and about teen girls' exploration of beauty will be released soon. Woody is currently at work on her third book revolving around cultural issues and self-esteem.
